Now that I have more free time every day during the summer I’m able to do my favorite thing, create stuff! I’m a bit obsessed with making origami, painting with watercolors and drawing. I’ve been able to spend a lot of time working on my drawing skills by doing advanced tutorials on YouTube. Here are a few things I made so far this summer:

Taco Tuesday!! This summer I came up with my own twist on taco night because I like small sizes for tacos. We used bowl shaped tortilla chips. You stack everything you normally like for toppings and pop them in the oven and they are sooo good!

Looking for something to do earlier this week I logged back in to code.org a website I got from school. You can take fun coding courses there without needing a teacher or school code. You can start from beginner level and go all the way up to 12th grade level. They make it super fun and easy to learn. I just finished my fourth course!

I had fun at a tennis lesson today! It’s almost too hot to play in the daytime here right now.

Hi everyone! Happy Summer! I hope your summer is going great so far. I am trying to stay really busy and have fun so I don’t get bored.
I’ve been to a couple of mini summer camps: I went to Sensational Science for a week of cool science experiments. Next I went to the Environmental Studies Center for a week of learning about our local marine habitat, lots of swimming and snorkeling at the beach and a boat trip with fishing.
Now I have a few weeks until my next camp starts so I’ll be trying to keep busy with projects at home and maybe some sports. I’ll be posting some pics of anything interesting that happens over the rest of the summer. Have a great summer and thank you for checking out my blog!
